Dear Loved Ones on The Timeline of Light,

     On your journey as a pure light being, in your research, daily reads or daily video watching do you sometimes get greatly confused, almost like you have been thrown into mental chaos?? There is a reason for this!
     The DARK whether it be individual beings and/or archons, are using beings or familiar organisations to cause and then "USE" what can be construed or seen as chaotic energy. Which means when you are reading/viewing something and you're confused - your energy out put is increased as you're trying to understand what is being said. This extra energy out put is being sucked up and used for the DARK. The goal of the DARK (whoever they may be) is to keep as many pure light beings confused and unsure of what is true.
 
  IT IS IMPERATIVE that you are:
      
         1. Completely grounded.
         2. Keeping your personal shields up through out the day
         3. Doing a self check as well as a check on the information you are allowing into your heart and mind.
         4. Keeping your chakras in alignment so that your 3rd eye is only seeing truth and your throat is only speaking truth.
         5. Take the time to meditate daily.

     Your truth and honesty will help to support and secure the timeline of light, it will also help to bring about the ascension of all . As a being of light it is our job/ your job to help others to find their way as well. Self Check For Beings of Light

     The following is a self check that you as a being of light need to use on a daily basis to ensure that you are working from your heart. The understanding that your pure soul energy can and will be for the benefit of all of mankind. This check list can also be used and should be used when reading, researching, watching or listening to anyone or anything. This is because there is so much dark energy portraying themselves as light.
      All information should evoke a feeling of truth, a feeling of peace, a feeling of understanding and well being for all mankind, it should not come across as a self centred ” Look at me ” attitude. If the attitude is Look at me! Look at who I am! Look at what I am doing! I am as good as somebody else. If you are trying to “out” someones miss deeds or misunderstandings, this is not coming from LOVE and it is not coming from LIGHT.
      All persons in the New Paradigm on the time line of light should be coming from love, from the heart, it should be transparent, there should be no secrets it should not be coming from wanting what someone else has for yourself.
      It is now “CRUNCH TIME” in order for this time line of Light to be firmly secured, in order for the fulfilment of Galactic Prophecy to have happen…people need to drop out of their ego and into their heart and work as a global alliance for that peace and the first step is a self check to see what it is that you are allowing into your heart and mind.
     
     Have I dropped into my heart today?
           The purpose for dropping into your heart is to invoke a feeling of joyful bliss, loving understanding and peace. Once you’ve dropped into your heart whatever you manifest that day will have this pure energy attached to it which will allow a loving transference to others. To drop into you heart you need to spiritually and emotionally ground yourself, align your chakras fully making sure they are open. Focus on the pure energy coming from your heart chakra. Be aware of your personal bliss from that moment and carry that throughout your day.
     
     I will ensure that what I say and do today is from my heart for the benefit of all.

     I will ensure that any negative thought that might be coming through me are stopped when realised and transformed into pure energy then released.
  
     I will be aware of the people and places around me. What I allow into my heart and mind and that it is only the purest heart energy.
   
     I will imagine, inspire, create and manifest a world of pure joyful bliss of the 5th dimension on this time line of light for the benefit of all mankind.

Take a deep breath…relax…breathe in and out a few times…calm …relaxed ...your eyes are closed….then start to visualise a library…in front of you is a hallway about 20 feet long…at the very end of it is a bookshelf….about 10 feet in front of you are 3 beings’ “The Elders of Light” to your left there are book shelves looking to your right are alcoves, in the first alcove is a table with a lamp on it …visualize the lamp…what colour is it?

      If you are new to the records having not accessed them before, this will be a little guide for you.  Have your energy field clear and and yourself grounded. Be aware of the energy around you…how does it feel…consciously notice…Then follow the directions of the prayer…When you feel the shift in energy...that is how you can tell you are accessing  the records. Spend some time in the records at first just to get used to the energy of the records even without asking questions.
