      If you are new to the records having not accessed them before, this will be a little guide for you.  Have your energy field clear and and yourself grounded. Be aware of the energy around you…how does it feel…consciously notice…Then follow the directions of the prayer…When you feel the shift in energy...that is how you can tell you are accessing  the records. Spend some time in the records at first just to get used to the energy of the records even without asking questions.
