Soul Clearings
As many of you know or have been experiencing since the New Year a phenomenon known as "Soul Clearings". This will come up as an emotional issue that may present itself with excessive crying, melancholy or at the very opposite end as frustration and anger. It can also present itself with physical symptoms as "extreme bathrooming" migraines, sleeplessness and physical weakness. You may also experience skin conditions like: acne, rashes, psoriasis, rosacea, boils, and eczema, this are new conditions and not already existing conditions. Your body will also experience aches and pains and things of this nature.
A "Soul Clearing" is an inner issue that needs to be dealt with that is affecting your present and can affect your future. It's not just an emotional issue it can also be a spiritual issue or an ingrained religious belief or doctrine. These soul issues can also present themselves through the subconscious, your dreams.
When these clearings are happening especially the physical ones, let them happen don't fight against it. If it's a specific issue that you can pinpoint that has come to your consciousness, allow yourself to experience the emotions that your going through, acknowledge them, acknowledge the situation, and verbalise (whether internally or externally) the lesson you have learned. You need to then remove the negative energy emphasis of the situation by standing in your own sovereign power and demand that the negativity be removed. This needs to be done for each and every "Soul Clearing" that arises.
This process of "Soul Clearing" is an inner job, it is a necessary part of preparing ourselves for complete and whole ascension.
